The QIAamp DNA Micro Kit simplifies purification of genomic and mitochondrial DNA with a fast spin-column procedure.

Optimized protocols are included for use with small amounts of fresh or frozen blood, tissue, and dried blood spots.

The kit combines the selective binding properties of a silica-based membrane with flexible elution volumes of between 20 and 100 ?l. Purification of DNA using the QIAamp DNA Micro Kit can be automated on the QIAcube.
