The AllPrep DNA/RNA/miRNA Universal Kit
enables simultaneous purification of genomic DNA and total RNA,
including miRNA, from cells and all types of tissue, including lipid-
and fiber-rich tissue.
Since there is no need to divide the sample into two for
separate purification procedures, maximum yields of DNA and RNA/miRNA
can be achieved.
The purified DNA and RNA/miRNA are
eluted separately and are ready for use in a variety of downstream
applications.
The kit includes optimized protocols for
various samples types, including tissue and separated blood
cells.
